In 2011, the Ghanouni Holding was established as a distinct entity under the umbrella of Ghanouni Trading, initiating new investment activities across various sectors. A key division within this holding—[name illegible in image]—began operations in 2008 by importing kitchen systems from Germany (Van Dorp and Miele) and Turkey (Lina Decor). Building on years of experience and a commitment to advancing domestic production, the division has been manufacturing kitchens under license from the German firm Van Dorp since 2019.
